What a cleaverly crafted book
I'll tell you I never had so much fun reading a book. It nearly brought me to hysterics of laughter. I was laughing so loud it made me cry. Superb mix of prose and gentle words of comfort. I tell you, if you don't go out and purchase this book right now you're going to loose out. I heard that the price is going to jump here real soon. Dr Gesell really knows how to put in plain English the complex world of Airport security. It just makes me sick to think it took this long to discover his writing. A excellent overview about Last century international law.
I think Martti Koskenniemi works is one of the few must read books of todays international law.
An exuberant review of the history of the discipline.
Koskenniemi is certainly one of the most prominent international legal theorists of the world. In a extreme erudite fashion he is trying to show - especially since 1990, when one of his first books, From Apology to Utopia, was published - how inconsistent and incoherent international law is.Read more

Jack Kennedy
The Reynolds book is a text used at the University of North Dakota Space Students graduate program for Space Law. I have found the book a pleasure to read as one who seeks to gain knowledge in this ever-growing niche field of law. Reynolds and Merges address the topic in suffivent detail to educate the reader. The comlexities of space law is emerging in this decade. I suspect that Mr. Reynolds will be compelled to write a new edition before "the decade is out."

As a law student, I am very interested in space law and thought that Iwould have a hard time finding anything on the subject.I was wrong!Thisbook provides an excellent summary of the whole field; it's also clearerand better-written, not to more interesting, than most legal casebooks. This book was amazing. I could not put it down. The interesting and comprehensible writing was magnificently crafted and very thought-provoking, a real page turner.

Comprehensive and readable.
There's a lot to like in this book.It's comprehensive and easily the most readable 1500 page book you are ever likely to encounter. Great introduction to telecom issues
This is a comprehensive introduction to all sorts of telecommunications (mainly telephone regulation) issues.It's probably a bit much for the novice; something like Stuart Benjamin's Telecommunications Law and Policy is probably a better match there.But, if you want all the details, this is definitely the place to go. ...
