Children Held Hostage
Children Held Hostage is the very best book for help in understanding and identifying PARENTAL ALIENATION.It should be in the hands of every Lawyer, Guardian ad Litem, Psychologist and any one working with children.It, also, is very beneficial for parents to read, who are suffering from this disorder.Parental Alienation is cruel and breaks the bond-of-love between a parent and child.Before allowing a Guardian ad Litem or others to intervene, he/she should read this book. I cannot praise it enough.
Hope for the hopeless
This is the most in depth book on the market for someone in a hostile custody battle involving parental alienation syndrome. The authors have addressed significant issues in great detail. They have provided useful tools to combat the issues at handand given hope to those embroiled in the battle.

Excellent self help guide on the subject

If you want to make less mistakes, save time and money, it's best to start with this book so you can get the correct service, venue, and evidence organized to file and win. I found the chapter on how to write a demand letter and settle your claim before it gets to court very helpful. They even offer sample letters you use to settle your case. Nolo Press seems to put together the best legal self help books.

This book has information on how to prepare your case, win in court and collect your money. You can learn how to determine the damages, mediate the settlement, write a demand letter, file and serve papers, prepare for court and collect your money when you win. Best book for People New to Civ Pro
The biggest problem I had in civil procedure was understanding the underlying procedure.This book takes you though the decisions that you have to make when filing suit and then brings in the case law and federal rules to show how they work in the process as a whole.This book also has many handy charts that help with complex issues. I learned what I needed to learn from this book.
As a law student attending school and working in a law office, this book has helped me tremendously. I can always find what I am looking for and it gives me answers for my questions.
