A great guide for paralegals or anyone considering the field.
This book is a great overview of the paralegal field.It briefly covers every aspect of being a paralegal.This would be a great book to read if you are considering becoming a paralegal but aren't sure if it's the right career for you.I have completed a degree in paralegal studies and found this book to be a great review of all the areas I have studied.I'm sure it will be a handy reminder for those areas of paralegal practice that I don't use on a regular basis. like new does not mean heavy highlighting
When I ordered the book, the description said "like new".I expected some highlighting, but not highlighting over 30%(+/-) of the book.That was a disappointment.I would not have been as disappointed if the description had read "heavy highlighting;good condition otherwise".However, I will purchase again.Delivery was prompt; and I passed it on to a fellow student.

Great book not only for paralegals!
Ehrlich's book is a great overview of legal issues in the Family Law Sector. It provides a brief history at the beginning of each chapter and then provides legal analysis of the issue and also some social debates. The topics in the book include Same-sex marriage, divorce, child custody, spousal support, child support, domestic violence, and the divorce process. This book provides a succinct and easy to understand explanation of family law issues.
