Spend Your Hard-Earned Money On Another Book
As an owner of a small business, I'm always reading and keeping up with the tax laws, and ways to implement legal tax avoidance strategies. I have read quite a few books on the subject. Mr. Fellman's book is technicallyaccurate, however I had trouble with his "joking" style ofwriting. I suppose he is trying to make a dry subject more interesting, butI found the style to be condescending and that it sometimes made thematerial more confusing than it is. Yes, the tax laws are tangled, but Iprefer to read without the joking, questionairre format.A more readable,straightforward book on the subject is Robert Cooke's Doing Business TaxFree. It sounds like something out of the x-files, but it actually is happening.Nobody is surprised though are we?Chet Wilk has put the comprehensive book on the AMA (ET AL's) attempts to destroy and discredit the chiropractic profession by spreading their bigotry and biased reports.The effects of the AMA's attempts are still felt today and they succeeded in causing every person who hears the word 'chiropractor' to have what we call baggage.What do you think of first when you hear the word???If it's negative and not openminded, you need to ask yourself how you came to that conclusion and who 'started' that kind of thinking.This book will make you feel duped and cheated by the AMA..the same way that the courts felt.

A must read for every chiropractor and patient!
This book explains the "war" between chiropractic and medicine.The criticism of chiropractic by the medical industry is politically and financially motivated, as proven in this book.I beleive that if MDs read this book, they will take a longer look at the possible benefits of chiropractic, and ignore what their AMA reps are telling them.

Candy coated estate planning
Sitting down to read a book on estate planning ranks right up there with a root canal on my list of favorite pastimes. But this book is refreshingly different. It really is possible to get solid information on a serious legal topic and have fun at the same time! As an attorney specializing in the field, Hawley knows his stuff. He also knows how to write in an entertaining, humorous way. Maybe the IRS could enlist him for the next revision of the 1040 instructions. Highly recommended!

Corporate law guide?
I ordered the book seeing that it was a guide to law firms(top 100).
Not useless, but not much more than useless
After having clerked for a judge for a year after law school, I began researching future job options.But from an outsider's view, all the big firms seem the same.They all pay about the same, and they all demand extreme hours.I was vaguely aware that certain firms had more "prestige," but had little idea why that should matter to me.

Your best option is to fight it!
First off, everyone makes at least a couple of traffic mistakes (most of them harmless) every time he/she gets behind the wheel.It is just the unfortunate ones who get caught and receive tickets.This is why I believe no one should ever just pay an expensive ticket without knowing the options available.
My case was dismissed!!!
My case was perfect example when this book really shines. I got a ticket for "unsafe turn", didn't violate any posted limits and it was all based on cop's subjective judgement. My first intention was to pay a fine and go to traffic school to clean up the point, but I didn't feel I was guilty and I was looking for some way to prove it. The problem was I didn't know what to do.
Realistic and Empowering
This is a very time consuming process.However, I have been burned so many times by overzealous cops, as at the time I was only able to afford older used cars that were cop magnets.I decided enough is enough, and I decided to fight back, and I never regretted the effort.After you go through the process once, you can use similar techniques with ease.Read more
