A few sgort thoughts
I picked it up and read it cover to cover. I love the way Prof. Mirow organised it, which made me want to read on. Thorough and rich with detail, it nevertheless moves at a lively, dynamic pace. I admire the way he writes sensibly about a diverse region composed of 33 nations and more than half a billion people united by powerful commonalities. I thought he handled the small section on Cuba with tact, knowledge and discretion. While this book will no doubt be of interest to aficionados of Latin-American studies, it will also interest legal scholars.Our understanding of this increasingly significant region could use an infusion of perceptive and intelligent analysis. ... Not good
This book is absolutely not filled with facts or real causes of dog attacks.It is filled with emotion and opinion.If you want a book that is more than just a good read, but deals with the real issues of dog attacks, the book "Fatal Dog Attacks" is much more rational.
